Start with the free 60-second website check-up. Paste your URL and get an automated scan of your speed, SEO, security headers, and best practices, powered by Google Lighthouse. It shows where you stand before you spend anything, and the right service usually gets obvious from there.

How does the Trailhead, Engine, Empire ladder work?+

The tiers are separated by the search footprint they buy and what the site does when someone lands. The Trailhead is $2,000: found by name and in your town, with the site closing the customers already looking for you. The Engine is $6,500: found for every service in every town you serve, with Full Coverage included, a blog engine, and brand identity. The Empire starts from $10,000: found across the region, and the site operates the business with bookings, memberships, portals, and payments. Page counts are quoted as custom page DESIGNS, because a second page on a layout that already exists is nearly free. The Trailhead, the Engine and the Shopify Storefront can also go on Own It Monthly: the Trailhead is $2,000 once, or $500 today and 12 monthly payments of $142, which is $2,204 all in, and the site is yours outright at payment 12. The plan runs through me directly, with no credit checks.

How Own It Monthly works

What is Full Coverage?+

The Trailhead comes in two complete versions. The Trailhead at $2,000 gets you found by name and in your own town. The Trailhead, Full Coverage at $3,200 is the same site plus a dedicated page for every community you genuinely serve and 20 purpose-built guides answering the questions customers type before they hire. Google shows searchers the pages that exist, so a page for each of your towns puts you in the running everywhere you work, and the guides are what AI assistants read when someone asks who to call. On Own It Monthly it is $800 today and 12 monthly payments of $226, $3,512 all in. Already on a Trailhead? Full Coverage can be added later for $1,200, paid directly. The Engine includes it.

Is there a local rate?+

Yes. Kootenay businesses get 10% off as the neighbour rate. It comes straight off the package price once the right build is clear.

What happens after launch?+

The site is yours and it keeps working. Monitoring, patching and free small fixes continue whether or not you pay anything. When you want more, the Maintained, Improved and On Call plans add update hours and monthly guidance from $150 a month, and help can also be bought by the hour with no plan at all, from $1,500 a year which is twelve months for the price of ten. Change or cancel the monthly any time.

Do you only work with businesses in the Kootenays?+

No. Home base is Castlegar and most of my work is in the West Kootenay, but I build for businesses anywhere in the world. Summit Handyman, a real client build, runs out of Langley BC, and remote projects work the same way. The 10% neighbours discount is the only Kootenay-exclusive part.

New work is booked in small batches, usually 2 to 4 projects per month.

Refer a neighbour who signs, and I e-transfer you $200. Anyone can refer, there is no limit, and it pays out when their first payment clears (second payment for Own It Monthly projects).
