The Trail Map

From free audit to launch to the Lodge, here's the path.

A clear trail from first scan to launch day, then continued guidance inside the Neighbours Lodge so you are not left guessing what comes next.

What happens after the site goes live

You enter the Lodge, not a support void.

Guides, Field School lessons, worksheets, and Ask Brett support give every client a place to keep moving after launch.

01

Audit first

Know what is leaking trust before spending money.

02

Live build review

Approve the real site, not a static mockup.

03

Launch handled

Domains, analytics, QA, speed, and Search Console.

04

Lodge handoff

Resources and human support for the next move.

Why this feels different

The build has a guide, and the after-launch path has a home.

🏔️

A real person guides the trail

You work directly with Brett from day one: no account-manager maze, no handoffs, no wondering who is actually building your site.

🏡

The Lodge continues after launch

Every client gets lifetime Lodge access for guides, worksheets, Field School lessons, and the Ask Brett path when the next question appears.

🤝

Neighbour-first pricing

Kootenay businesses get 10% off. KMD is local, and the work is built for owners who care about trust as much as traffic.

Your journey

5 steps from audit to Lodge.

A calm path from first audit to launch day, built for owners who want clear decisions, visible progress, and support that continues after the site goes live.

01

Day 1

Free Website Audit

Start with the trail map, not a sales call.

We start with a practical look at your current online presence: speed, trust, search visibility, mobile feel, and next-step clarity. You get an honest read first, then Brett shows the clearest path forward if KMD can help.

02

Days 2-3

Discovery & Planning

We learn your business before we write a line.

A focused planning pass where Brett gathers your services, customers, photos, proof, and goals. The site should sound like your business, answer real customer questions, and give you a clear Field School path inside the Lodge after launch.

03

Days 4-13

Design & Build

You review the real build, not a mystery mockup.

KMD builds the live preview, refines the copy, shapes the calls to action, and checks mobile details before launch. You review in plain language while Brett handles the custom-code side.

04

Day 14

Launch Day

You approve it. KMD handles the technical climb.

Domains, SSL, analytics, Search Console, mobile checks, speed checks, and final QA are handled for you. Your job is the final review and approval.

05

After launch
