The Signal
Your business, on Instagram and Facebook every week.
The Signal is social media posting done for you. Every month I make your posts and short videos, write the captions in your voice, send the month for your approval, and publish it on schedule to Instagram and Facebook. Plans start at $500 a month.
People check your page before they visit
- A feed that last posted in the spring reads like a business that closed.
- Posting well takes hours most owners would rather spend on the actual work.
- A boosted post stops working when the money stops. A steady feed keeps showing up.
The Signal keeps your page current every week, with real posts about your real business.
Three plans
Steady, $500 a month. 8 posts a month, about two a week. For a business that wants to look open and current.
Regular, $800 a month. 12 posts a month, about three a week, including 2 short videos. For a business that wants to grow a following.
Every weekday, $1,200 a month. 20 posts a month, one each weekday, including 4 short videos. For a business where social is a main way customers find it.
Plus GST. Month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What every plan includes
Posts to both Instagram and Facebook.
Designed posts and short videos, made from your own photos plus my graphics.
Captions written in your voice.
The whole month sent for your approval before anything posts.
Publishing on schedule, so nothing depends on anyone remembering.
A short note each month: what posted, what reached people, and what is next.
Not included: replying to comments and messages, which stay with you because they are your customers talking to you. Paid ads and stories are separate.
How a month works
- 01
The first month starts with a call about your customers and how you talk, a batch of your photos, and access to your page.
- 02
Mid-month, I build next month's posts.
- 03
Near the end of the month, you get the whole month to approve or change.
- 04
Each approved week is scheduled to post on its own.
- 05
At the start of the month, the posts go out and you get last month's note.
Made from your real business
Your shop, products, people and results only ever appear from your real photos.
Graphics, lettering and backgrounds are mine, and they never pretend to be the real thing.
No post invents a customer, a review or a number.
I run Kootenay Made Digital's own Instagram and Facebook this way, and a client's feed every weekday.
What owners ask first
- Do I have to send photos?
- Your real photos make the best posts, so a batch from your phone each month helps. Between batches I make graphics, quote cards and short videos from what you have already sent and from your website.
- Will the posts sound like me?
- The first month starts with a call about how you talk to customers. Every month you see the posts before anything goes out, and you can change any of them.
- Do you reply to comments and messages?
- No. Those stay with you, because they are your customers talking to you. I can show you how to set up saved replies so it takes less time.
- Can you run ads too?
- Ads are a separate job, quoted when you want them. A post that does well on its own is often the best one to boost.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice, and every post already published stays on your page.
- Does the neighbours rate apply?
- No. The 10% neighbours rate is for website, store and app builds, so it does not apply to The Signal.
