Late Summer Bruschetta
Featuring this week's heirloom tomatoes + fresh basil
From Your Harvest Box
- •3 large heirloom tomatoes, diced
- •Handful of fresh basil
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp olive oil
- •Sea salt + cracked pepper
Method
Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil. Season generously. Let rest 20 minutes. Serve on grilled sourdough. The quality of your tomatoes does all the work.

Valley Roots Farm has been a labour of love since 1994, when our family first put seeds in the rich Kootenay soil. What started as a small market garden has grown into a certified organic farm supplying fresh produce, berries, and seasonal CSA boxes to families across the region.
